The Motability Scheme helps eligible disabled people access affordable, all-inclusive mobility by exchanging their qualifying mobility allowance for a leased car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), scooter or powered wheelchair. The Scheme is delivered by Motability Operations Ltd under contract to the Motability Foundation, helping people achieve greater independence and stay connected to the people, places and opportunities that matter most
