Waylands Volvo Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
Waylands Volvo, Imperial Way, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 0BF.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 21+.
- Children attending the Event must be 12+.
- Employees of Waylands, Eden Project and Volvo Car UK and their immediate families are not eligible.
- For the purposes of this prize draw, immediate family is considered to be; Husband, Wife, Mother, Mother-in-Law, Father, Father-in-Law, Son, Son-in-Law, Daughter, Daughter-in-law, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Sister, Sister-in-Law, Grandson, Grandaughter, Niece, Nephew.
- Internet access and a Facebook account are required.
3. Prize
Eden Sessions Experience
The winner will receive two Sessions Plus viewing platform tickets to the Becky Hill Eden Sessions concert on 20 June 2026, including:
- Access to the exclusive raised Sessions Plus viewing platform (standing only)
- Priority parking
- Fast‑track check‑in
- Commemorative laminate and lanyard
- Complimentary Prosecco on arrival
- Street food and light bites before the show (served until 8:30pm)
- Two drinks tokens and an Eden Sessions cup
- Access to the Sessions Plus lounge from 4pm–midnight, including a complimentary Cornish pasty after the show
- Access to the Eden Project on the day of the Event and the following day
Volvo EX30 Weekend Loan
- Use of a Volvo EX30 from 19–22 June 2026.
- Vehicle must be collected from and returned to the winner’s nearest Waylands Volvo retailer.
- No cash alternative.
Eligibility for Vehicle Loan
The winner must:
- Be aged 21–87
- Hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months
- Have no more than 9 penalty points in the last 3 years
- Have no driving disqualifications in the last 5 years
- Meet Waylands’ insurance and vehicle loan requirements
- No additional drivers permitted
- Winner will be liable for charging costs during their usage.
- Maximum mileage usage during loan period must not exceed 1,000 miles.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the prize draw post on the @waylandsgroup Facebook page
- Tag a friend you’d like to take
- Follow @waylandsgroup
5. Opening & Closing Dates
- Opens: 5 May 2026
- Closes: 17 May 2026 at 23:59 Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
6. Winner Selection
- All valid entries will be reviewed on 18 May 2026.
- A random name generator will be used to select the winner.
- The panel’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
- The winner will be contacted via Facebook direct message on 18th May 2026.
- The winner must provide their contact details by 23:59 on 20th May 2026
- If no response is received, an alternative winner may be selected.
8. Liability
- Waylands is not responsible for lost, delayed or unreceived entries.
- Waylands is not liable for failure to contact a winner due to incorrect details or lack of response.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Waylands is not responsible for cancellations outside its control.
9. Publicity & Winner Details
- Waylands must publish or make available the surname, county and winning entry.
- Participants may object, but details may still be shared with the ASA if required.
- Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity.

11. General
- No purchase necessary.
- Prize is non‑transferable, non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Waylands may amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary.

- Governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
