Following the latest government announcement regarding lockdown 3, we would like to advise you on the steps Waylands are taking to fully support and implement latest government measures and guidance.

Aftersales:

In accordance with the Government guidelines, our Service departments remain open fully supported by Parts departments.

If you have a current service booking, there is no need to cancel, our teams are on hand to assist via telephone, email or live chat.

We want to reassure you that we will continue to follow all our existing (now tried and tested) Covid procedures and precautions.

Sales:

Our sales showrooms are now closed to the public.

However, the Government has allowed all motor retailers to continue to sell new and used vehicles and to offer full click and collect services.

All our sales teams are available and will continue to take enquiries for both new and used vehicles via telephone, email or live chat.

Please feel free to browse our website which allows you to search, value your part-exchange, apply for finance and even buy a new or used vehicle online from the comfort of your home.

Whether you liaise directly with our sales team or purchase via Click and Collect (or Click and Deliver), once everything is complete, you’ll receive a handover video for your new vehicle and our sales team will arrange a collection appointment.

Rest assured, vehicle handovers will take place in a COVID safe area to ensure both colleague and customer safety.
