INSURANCE

For any new or used car to be registered and the Vehicle Excise Duty (Road Tax) to be applied we require a valid certificate of insurance at least two days before the collection date.

The easiest way to arrange this is to use Volvo Insurance five-day day driveaway cover.

Simply visit the customer website, www.volvocars.co.uk/insurance or call 0330 102 8850 to arrange.

PAYMENT

All finance deposits or payments for vehicle purchasing are to be made by the following method:

  • Electronic funds transfer (this is the preferred method of payment)

Electronic payment should be made via electronic/telegraphic transfer and will be required 24 hours before delivery.



PART EXCHANGE (if applicable)

If you are part-exchanging your previous vehicle with us, then please ensure you have the following:

  • V5 registration document
  • Current MOT certificate (if applicable)
  • Service history book detailing stamps
  • Load space cover (estate/hatchback models)
  • All keys
  • Vehicle handbook pack
  • Locking wheel key (if fitted)
