Waylands Automotive Limited has acquired a new Kia dealership at Bicester, after purchasing the site from Grovebury Cars.
The acquisition marks Waylands latest expansion and second Kia dealership, after opening Waylands Kia Reading in February 2021.
The Bicester location extends Waylands’ Kia presence and outstanding customer services to new and existing Kia owners in the Bicester region, while securing jobs for many of the existing staff.
Founded in 2017, family-owned and operated Waylands was started by its CEO John O’Hanlon. He commented: “Bicester makes a lot of sense for us, as it’s close to our other sites and we intend to serve existing, as well as new, customers there with our trademark quality customer service and family approach. Kia is a great fit for us, sharing the same core values with a real belief in its products, for example, offering a reassuring seven-year warranty and understanding its customers’ needs.”
Waylands won the AM Award for ‘Best Dealer Group (up to ten sites) in 2022 for the third year running, recognising the dealership’s strong customer experience focus.
The dealership can be found at Launton Rd, Bicester OX26 6PZ, conveniently located adjacent to the BP fuel station.
The new Waylands Kia Bicester dealership will provide customers with the latest Kia model line-up and offers. This includes the all-new Sportage and soon-to-arrive all-new Niro electrified models, as well as Kia’s best-selling Picanto city car and family-focused Ceed family and Sorento SUV. Waylands will continue to offer servicing in their manufacturer approved workshop with courtesy vehicles and collection services available to customers.
