Business Contract Hire (BCH): Pay a fixed initial rental followed by predictable monthly payments over an agreed term (typically 24 to 48 months). At the end of the contract, simply return the vehicle with no disposal worries.
Tax and financial efficiency: Lease payments are classified as allowable business expenses. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim up to 50% of the VAT on monthly rentals (or up to 100% if the vehicle is used purely for business) and 100% of the VAT on maintenance contracts.
