Longer range
Our Electric and Hybrid vehicles can easily manage the vast majority of journeys we take without having to recharge, with the Kia e-Niro and Soul EV delivering a reassuring 282 miles on full charge.
Expert Electric Vehicle Knowledge
As one of the pioneers in EV technology we’ve had time to refine and improve our EV range.
Low Servicing Costs
Electric cars also have far fewer moving parts than a traditional petrol or diesel engine, and therefore require less work when being serviced. Hybrid powertrains reduce engine strain, while regenerative braking decreases brake wear which can prolong the life of parts.
Our Electric cars
The Kia EV9 exudes a sense of serene contemporary calmness benefitting a sophisticated EV for a new age of sustainable mobility. Yet, it also portrays the confident surety of a bold SUV poised to conquer all conditions
Powerful and sportyDesigned to be daring. The Kia EV6 is a fully electric crossover that is capable of 0-62 mph in 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 161 mph.
The all-electric Kia Soul EV steers clear of the status quo – taking bold to a whole new level and bringing a fresh perspective to zero-emission driving.
Discover a world of smart convenience and amazing sensations. The Kia Niro EV gives you instant acceleration, easy charging and long-range driving. All in the comfort of a spacious, stylish and extremely quiet cabin. And all of this with zero exhaust emissions. Sustainable driving has never felt so good.
All Electric cars, also known as electric battery-powered cars, are powered by an electric motor and battery, with an external plug socket to charge your EV car's battery. Our diagram shows in more detail how these components work together.
All our Electric cars can cover long distances with zero tailpipe emission. In fact, our EV6 can go up to 328 miles* (combined WLTP testing) on a single charge.
All our electric vehicles can be charged from a home or public charge point using Type 2 and CCS standard sockets. At a rapid DC charging station they will charge in less time than you need to take a break.
For added efficiency, Kia Electric cars come with regenerative braking, which allows them to funnel significant amounts of energy back to the battery through braking or deceleration. It’s also a new way of driving, using the brake pedal a lot less and relying on regenerative braking instead.
*The range was determined according to the standardised EU measurement procedure (WLTP). The individual driving style and other factors, such as speed, outside temperature, topography and the use of electricity-consuming devices/units, have an influence on the real-life range and can possibly reduce it.
