About the role
Waylands Volvo Oxford has a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join us as a Transaction Manager. This opportunity is a rare appointment for us and has only become available due to an internal promotion.
As a Transaction Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team and spend most of your time with customers in the showroom, delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that their needs are understood and met. You will make recommendations on Finance & Insurance (F&I) products that meet the customer requirements. You will then guide the customer through the sales process maintaining high standards and being compliant with FCA procedures throughout. Your primary focus will be F&I and creating a seamless process to ensure we are retaining and renewing our existing customer portfolio. Waylands Transaction Managers work a rota which will include weekends to ensure we always provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You need to be a driven, motivated, and passionate individual. You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will also need an eye for detail in everything you do.
This is an active role and not “deskbound”. You will have experience in automotive sales and are looking for the next step in your career. If you can drive a team to success and bring a fun and energetic personality to our team then we definitely want to hear from you.
A full and valid UK driving licence is essential.
