Qualifications or experience required:
Customer experience would be helpful and an ability to build rapport as well as being computer literate.
Provide an engaging, warm first point of contact for customers in our new state of the art showroom. Be eager to learn and to share your knowledge with customers and colleagues, using available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of all things Volvo and its competition. Listen to customers to understand their needs, questions, and aspirations, creating a non-pressurised, non-threatening sales environment. Promote our Volvo brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly, understandable way, using social media, YouTube, brand websites & face to face.
