What’s the role?

We are looking for customer ‘enthusiasts’ to join our busy team to help delight our customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit us for a test drive.

You will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting both Polestar and Waylands to customers who have requested a test drive and further information. They will need to liaise with the workshop to ensure the cars are in perfect working order and make sure they are clean and ready for demonstrations.

Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

  • Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda.
  • Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions.
  • Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers.
  • Provide accurate information at all times for all customers.
  • Ensure that you maintain a continual dialogue with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, always ensuring a personal service.
  • Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours and Waylands’ reputation for customer excellence.
