Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with at least a year's experience in Parts?

If so … you could be just who Waylands are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Volvo & MG, Newbury.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You will be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liasing with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.

• Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm with some Saturday mornings on a rota.
• OTE £35,000
