Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, or an organised team player looking to start your career in the motor trade?

If so … you could be just who Waylands Automotive are looking for to join our growing Parts team at Waylands Volvo, Bristol. Waylands Automotive are a successful and growing motor dealer group, with 10 sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Avon.

What’s the Role?

Working in our small, close knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You will be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued Volvo customers, liasing with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a background in the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without an automotive background will be considered.

The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.

• Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm with some Saturday mornings on a rota (8am to 12.30pm).
