Waylands Oxford, on Cumnor Hill, won the ‘Franchised Dealership of the Year’ award, for its team’s excellent work ethic and genuine focus on family, respect and values. Employees are encouraged to work for the good of the customer to ensure that they can rely on a premium service and experience.
The directors were praised for leading the teams well, and for getting to know each individual employee at the retailer. This approach allows conversation to occur at all levels, and the business to be agile and reactive, with team members creating solutions and working efficiently together.
The Waylands group also took the top spot in the ‘Group of the Year’ category, in recognition of the business’ investment in its facilities and employees. This is indicated by strong retention of its team members and a 77.7 positive score for positive engagement in a survey among employees.
