Pre-owned Octopus Electroverse credit applies to Pre-owned vehicles ordered between 05/11/2025 and 16/11/2025 on polestar.com and in Polestar retail spaces and registered and delivered by 31/12/2025 (unless stock runs out earlier or offer is extended). Applies to retail orders only, fleet customers are excluded. Polestar will validate that the order meets all required conditions for the offer to be applied. If a customer cancels their Polestar order then they may be liable to refund Polestar for the Electroverse credit. £500 credit is offered via Octopus Electroverse app. The credit is issued via a code direct from Polestar UK via email 14 days after vehicle delivery. Codes must be redeemed via the Octopus ElectroverseApp and are valid for 3 years once activated. Codes are non-transferable.
