All- or Rear-Wheel Drive

The Polestar 2 is available with either all-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive, both engineered for optimal performance and driver engagement. An asynchronous front motor, permanent magnet rear motor, and a silicon carbide inverter work together to boost efficiency and torque. Additionally, the all-wheel drive system can disengage the front axle to further lower energy consumption.

20-inch Performance Wheels

Crafted using motorsport-inspired forging techniques, these alloy wheels are pressed instead of cast, resulting in greater strength and more refined design details. Paired with specially developed Continental SportContact 6 tyres, they deliver superior handling and enhanced road grip.
