Waylands crowned Dealer Group of the Year for the seventh consecutive year

This year’s Automotive Management (AM) Awards saw Waylands crowned Dealer Group of the Year (more than 10 sites).

Judges cited that Waylands was awarded the accolade for its exceptional retailing competencies and an admirable culture focused on staff and customers, all whilst continuing to grow in scale.

Having won the award for Dealer Group of the Year (under 10 sites) for the previous 6 consecutive years, this year’s award marks their first when competing against other large retail groups.

In addition to the group award, Waylands also picked up ‘Workshop of the Year’ for its Volvo site, based on Cumnor Hill in Oxford. Judges commented on exceptional workshop productivity and superb customer satisfaction scores thanks to great leadership, slick processes and structured controls.
