We’re currently looking for a Service Advisor at our Bristol branch to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. You will be the face of the business when customers come in for service and repair, and your responsibilities will include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, conducting inspections. The Service Advisor will work with customers to understand their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
