Service Administrator

We’re currently looking for a Service Administrator for our Volvo franchise at our busy Oxford branch.

This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.

Duties will include:

• administering all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals
• adhering to our company processes
• supporting the service team with telephone and face to face enquiries
• completing invoicing
• examining paperwork to ensure quality standards are met
• carrying out self-audits before filing.

About You:

• You’ll be an active listener and excellent communicator.
• You’ll adopt a positive attitude with all customers.
• You’ll take ownership of the role and make it your own.
• You’ll get job satisfaction from providing an outstanding service to our customers.
• You’ll be comfortable working to deadlines.
• You’ll have a full UK driving licence.
• If you have Service Advisor experience, that’s great, but we are happy to train anyone with some experience in customer service.

Salary, Hours and Benefits

• 45 hours per week
• Salary of £28,571.40
