This is a very rare opportunity to work in fleet & business sales. We are looking for an additional, enthusiastic and energetic individual, ideally with experience in fleet sales administration. Working with Ebbon Leaselink would be an advantage, we would welcome applications from people who enjoy working in a vibrant fast-paced environment. With excellent organisational and communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks including maintaining accurate records and be able to communicate effectively with others. What’s the Role?

The Group Fleet Sales Administrator will contribute to and support the efficient running of the department (Fleet Hub) based in Newbury. You will possess the skills to be able to quickly respond to our online enquiries, progress orders and arrange new vehicle customer deliveries. Able to update systems/records and help us ensure we deliver the commitments to our customer’s service level agreements. An ability to handle specific individual customer enquiries including providing quotations would be an advantage, the successful candidate will possess a customer centric, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
