We are looking to recruit a Driver to join our growing team at our new Kia dealership in Oxford.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

What’s the Role?

We are seeking a customer service focused Driver to join Waylands, based at our Oxford Kia dealership. This is a varied role where you will be providing assistance to our sales and service operations. Some days you’ll be dropping cars to customers (so will be representing the brand, often as the first impression of Waylands). Other days you’ll be relocating cars between branches. No two days will look the same!

Duties Will Include:

• Providing outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customer vehicles

• Assisting with vehicle movements for showroom and forecourt displays
• Ensuring vehicles are clean and tidy for customers

• Ensuring driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws

Required Skills and Experience:

You will have a full UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business

• Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes

• Excellent paperwork and IT skills
