We are looking to recruit a Casual Driver to join our growing team at our new Kia dealership in Oxford.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 16 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

What’s the Role?

We are seeking a customer service focused Casual Driver to join Waylands, based at our Kia Oxford dealership. You will assist with the deliveries for Kia rental cars, and this will be on an as in when the business requires basis.

Duties Will Include:

• Providing outstanding customer service when collecting and delivering customer vehicles.

• Ensuring vehicles are clean and tidy for customers.

• Ensuring driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws.

• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after transportation.

• Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.

Required Skills and Experience:

You will have a full UK driving licence, ideally with previous experience as a driver. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business

• Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes

• Excellent paperwork and IT skills
